Welcome to the Jeonnam edition of our "Beyond Borders - Meet, Mingle & Make it Happen" series!
The event, created by interantionals, for internationals, is a dedicated space to connect, share experiences, and discover career opportunities for your future in Korea.
Held in beautiful Yeosu, this event brings together students, employees, and interested people from different universities, backgrounds, and fields of interest. Whether you're new to Korea or preparing your long-term career, you’ll have the chance to engage with peers, expand your network, and learn directly from those navigating similar journeys.
We will introduce the work and career opportunities available to expats in the Jeolla region, helping you better understand the paths you can pursue locally.

📍 Location: Jeonnam Creative Economy and Innovation Center - 1st & 2nd Floors | 전남창조경제혁신센터, 1&2층

⏰ Time: 3PM – 6:30PM
💰 Entry: Free – (A 10,000 KRW deposit is required to confirm your spot. It will be fully refunded in cash, after your check-in)
🍽️ Food: Provided – Enjoy a variety food and drinks from our buffet!
🎲 Activities & Prizes: Enjoy a variety of networking games provided by your Jably team, including Photobooth and small games where you can win exciting prizes (Prizes will be announced before the event!)

Free parking available at the event venue.
🚇 By Train:
Yeosu EXPO Station located 1.6km to the venue - You can arrive
By Taxi: Less than 5 minutes drive
By Bus: Take bus nr. 333 until Seonghak Mansion stn. and walk 4 minutes to the venue
🚌 By Bus:
Seonhank Mantion Station (성학맨션앞) located 4 minutes walking distance from the venue.
How to sign up:
1. Fill our the registration form on Lu.Ma:

o Please be careful to include all information correctly.
2. Add the 1:1 K-tag Kakao Channel to receive the deposit payment information.

o Click on the List Menu Item "Event Deposit" to receive the deposit payment information.
o ⚠️ if the automated message does not appear, feel free to send a message via 1:1 chat. Our team will respond manually.
o ⚠️ Do not forget to include your full name in the transfer description, matching the one on the registration form.
4. Receive confirmation.
o ✅ After verifying your deposit payment, the K-tag team will send you a confirmation via Kakao Talk 1:1 chat and email.
o Confirmation is conducted manually, so it might take up to 1 business day (usually within 1 hour during business hours).
*Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund of the deposit will be applied for cancellations before Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 at 11.59PM (KST).
Cancellations after ,Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 at 11.59PM (KST) and No-shows on the day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

이 행사는 외국인들이 직접 만들고, 외국인들을 위해 기획한 네트워킹 공간으로, 한국에서의 미래를 위해 서로 연결되고 경험을 나누며 다양한 커리어 기회를 탐색할 수 있도록 마련되었습니다.
여수에서 열리는 이번 행사는 다양한 대학, 배경, 관심 분야를 가진 외국인들이 모여 서로 교류하는 자리입니다. 한국에 막 도착한 분이든, 장기 커리어를 준비 중인 분이든, 비슷한 여정을 걷고 있는 친구들과 네트워크를 확장하고 직접 이야기를 들을 수 있는 의미 있는 시간이 될 것입니다.
또한 외국인들이 전라 지역에서 도전할 수 있는 취업 및 커리어 기회도 함께 소개하여, 지역 내에서 어떤 진로를 선택할 수 있는지 더 잘 이해할 수 있도록 도와드립니다.

💰 참가비: 무료 - (단, 자리 확보를 위해 보증금 10,000원이 필요하며, 행사 참석 후 현금으로 전액 환불됩니다.)
🍽️ 음식: 제공 - 뷔페로 다양하게 준비된 음식과 음료를 자유롭게 즐기실 수 있습니다.
🎲 활동 & 경품: Jably팀이 준비한 다양한 네트워킹 게임, 포토부스, 미니 게임 등을 즐길 수 있으며, 흥미로운 경품을 받을 기회도 있습니다. (경품 정보는 행사 전에 안내될 예정입니다!)

2. 1:1 K-tag 카카오톡 채널 추가 후 보증금 결제 안내 받기

채널의 ‘Event Deposit’ 메뉴를 클릭하면 보증금 결제 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 보증금 계좌이체 진행

확인 과정은 수동으로 진행되며, 최대 영업일 기준 1일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
