We're kicking off Day 0 with Irene Fialka, former CEO of INiTS, where she built one of Austria's leading startup incubators. Today she runs her own consultancy advising top corporations.

​"A problem worth solving: how science is turned into innovation"
Irene opens with a talk and an Ask Me Anything session on founding, startups, fundraising and what really matters when building a company. On Saturday she'll be at the hackathon mentoring teams for free, drawing on 25 years of experience in science-driven innovation.

​Her session is for everyone, whether you're technical or not.

​💡 About & Target Audience
The second part of the evening is the AI Primer, an AI crash course and hackathon onboarding session. It's designed mainly for non-technical participants and newcomers.

​Target audience check: If terms like CSS, Cloudflare, Grok, diffusion models, ASI, skills or harness are already second nature to you, you're probably not the main audience for the AI Primer. You're still very welcome to hang out, help others and join the discussions. And Irene's session is worth coming for either way!
