​Christine leads the team turning AI into products that change how DHL Global Forwarding operates, from identifying opportunities through to adoption.

​Previously, she was Partner and Head of APAC at DHL Consulting, Managing Director at Lufthansa Innovation Hub, which she grew from a small team to more than 70 people, and China CEO of AI unicorn Meero. Her earlier experience includes BCG Digital Ventures and BCG.

​She holds an INSEAD MBA and a degree in Business and Computer Science from TU Munich.

​For this session, she’ll share a concrete AI case from DHL operations and discuss the decisions and lessons behind it.
