​Ever wanted to be a little more spontaneous, a little more present, or just better at rolling with whatever life throws at you?

​Yes, And: Improv for Connection is a beginner-friendly workshop that uses fun, low-pressure improv exercises to explore emotions, human behavior, relationships, and how we connect with ourselves and the people around us.

​And no, you do not need to be an actor, comedian, or extrovert. There’s no audition. No experience required. No pressure to be funny.

​Just come ready to be curious, listen, explore, and support each other's creativity.

​Through a series of playful improv exercises, we’ll explore how to:

​✨ Be more present and really listen

​✨ Express ourselves and connect with others

​✨ See things from different perspectives

​✨ Get more comfortable with spontaneity, uncertainty, and making "mistakes"

​✨ Build trust and confidence

​✨ And, most importantly, have some fun together!
