You don't need to read the entire document. You can read the Executive Summary (pages i - ii). Choose one of the sections that interests you (Economy, Public Health Cultural Heritage, Social Systems, Built Environment or Natural World).
Then, go to that section in Part 3 (pages 19-50) that interests you, and read that section.
