Join us for Founders for Founders: The AI Growth Playbook, an evening where founders show other founders exactly how they use AI in go-to-market. Part of Poland Tech Week 2026.
AI is changing go-to-market. It lets teams test ideas faster, reach customers better and scale sales without growing headcount and budget at the same rate. It also changes how customers search for products and make buying decisions.
We are bringing together founders and GTM leaders who already use AI in marketing and sales and are ready to share specifics: what works, which tools and processes deliver results, and what they tried without success. Nothing is recorded or streamed, so speakers can go into real detail. You should leave with ideas you can test in your own company the next day.

Matt Swulinski, Head of Growth at Viktor, the AI coworker that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Viktor reached $15M ARR about 10 weeks after launch, with distribution built almost entirely inside Slack. Matt will show how the team uses Viktor in its own growth work: measuring before scaling, and what that changed in their go-to-market.
