Our Women of Impact Breakfast is a curated morning gathering for female* founders, leaders, creatives, innovators, change-makers, and aspiring ones.
This event series by SheSapiens Community exists to support female impact through meaningful connections, both locally and globally. We come together to exchange stories, dreams, business opportunities, and the lessons that emerge along the way.
This is not traditional networking. It is a non-judgemental, safe space for authentic conversations and shared experience.
*Any individual who identifies with the pronouns she/her is welcome at our events.
ABOUT THIS EDITION
This Soft Launch edition in Lagos is hosted by Flor Dos Reis, SheSapiens Algarve Ambassador, founder of Flourish Mode and LOFT Community. Flor is a community and ecosystem builder focused on remote work, connection, and regional impact. The intention of the Soft Launch is to gather with women based in Lagos, share more about what this space is about and listen openly if it’s something you would like to see growing in the West Algarve with the support of a local Community Leader.
The event takes place with the support of our venue partner Nest Coworking a vibrant hub for digital nomads, remote workers, and entrepreneurs looking for a productive, community-driven co-working space.
THE INVITATION
We gather around a table in an intimate, welcoming setting.
Each woman is invited to introduce herself and her projects, creating an atmosphere where everyone is seen and heard. The intention is to connect from a place of honesty and curiosity, not performance.
After the introductions round, there is time to continue conversations and enjoy breakfast together.
You will leave feeling inspired, motivated, and energised.

Event officially ends: 11:30 AM (you can stay a bit longer to mingle)
