The Mindfulness Circle
The Mindfulness Circle is a weekly Saturday gathering where we pause together to strengthen something that modern life often erodes: our attention, our awareness, and our capacity to respond thoughtfully instead of react automatically.
It is a secular space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the present moment in a grounded, practical way.
This circle is for people who want to cultivate:
• Greater focus and attention
• Emotional awareness and steadiness
• A healthier relationship with stress and overwhelm
• More presence in daily life
• Thoughtful conversation and human connection
You do not need prior meditation or mindfulness experience to join. Curiosity and openness are enough.
This space will particularly resonate if you are:
-A high-functioning professional navigating stressful decision-making
-Feeling technologically saturated and distracted with digital noise
-Looking for a way to regulate your overstimulated nervous system
-Simply looking to pause in your busy schedule
This is a community practice space, a psychologically safe, secular setting for attention, awareness, and cognitive reset.
What happens in the Circle:
-Arrival and Grounding
-Quiet practice
-A short poem or reading
-Optional sharing at the end
There is no pressure to 'do it right.' The session is held online, and cameras can be on or off. Come as you are.
This is a recurring Saturday gathering.
Time: 10 am-10:45 am EST
You’re welcome to join every week.
Once you RSVP, you will receive reminders for the Circle.
As a long-time mindfulness practitioner trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from Brown University, with studies in Neuroscience and Mindfulness from the University of Toronto, and certified as a Mental Health First Aider, I've experienced the power of silence to regulate the nervous system. Even brief moments of silence can work wonders.
I'm holding the door open for you. If you need a moment of quiet and a weekend cognitive reset, come sit with us.
