Devotion to Reciprocity
A soundbath in celebration of the transitions of late summer, the inner world, and Lunar transitions of the Scorpio moon. Inviting in presence through a cohesive blend of breathwork, sound, song, and meditation we will embark on a deeply restorative soundbath experience and prepare the channels for closure around summer coming to a gentle close and the shift into cooling Yin energy, entering the fall harvest as we prepare to look inward.
Gentle and contemplative meditation and breathwork followed by a crystal bowl and multi-instrument sound bath to have a moment of self intimacy and exploration as we honor the passions of where we’ve been and the new narratives of easeful mythologies of where we are going as fall approaches.
Led By: Rin Kim Johnstone
Sigil Sounds is a sonic healing practice by Rin Kim Johnstone. It is a constant devotion to experimentation through the use of sound baths, experimental noise, and guided meditation as an offering of deep love for the collective spiritual ecosystem. Their practice is a collaboration + devotion to stillness: an offering to those who need to seek refuge in ease through constantly guiding back to nature, movement, and a deep gratitude for the connection of our mind, body, and spirit. She currently offers in person 1:1, group sessions, sports team and individual athlete nervous system work, and events, via email by appointment.
