Building Creative Will is a live online workshop to strengthen decision-making and internal authority during transitions
There are moments when the question is no longer just “How do I succeed?”
but “How do I move forward in a way that actually represents me?”
Building Creative Will is for those who sense they are entering a new chapter — one that requires greater agency, internal authority, and coherence between who you are becoming and how you act.
This is an instrumental step for anyone learning to do what I call Rise Rooted: expanding your ability to generate direction from within, even in the midst of pressure, uncertainty, and complexity.
What this workshop is about
My intention is to create a space that is both reflective and practical — where we slow down enough to notice what’s actually shaping our choices, and then experiment with new ways of deciding and moving forward.
As always, I won’t be giving you forced strategies, productivity hacks, or prescriptive “next steps.”
Creative will is not about pushing harder or reinventing your life overnight. It is the capacity to choose deliberately (and joyfully).
In this workshop, we will explore:
distinguishing reactive will (driven by pressure or expectation) from creative will (guided by intention)
noticing where old achievement strategies still run your decisions
understanding how to work with fear, ambition, and responsibility and stand inside complexity without collapsing or outsourcing authority
testing small but meaningful shifts in stance, choice, and self-trust
