​In software and product teams, decision-making isn’t just about choosing between options, it’s a mix of power, communication, culture, and how different roles interact.

​In this open group discussion, we’ll explore the decision flow inside teams:
Who starts a decision? Who shapes it? And whose voices are heard or ignored, along the way?

​How much do titles like junior, senior, or lead influence the process for better or worse?
Does hierarchy drive decisions, or can a strong team culture balance it out?

​We’ll also talk about how cross-functional dynamics (between product, engineering, design, support, etc.) shape outcomes, and where the voice of the customer or end user fits into all this.
