• Build equal value categories straight from your salary bands, then run explained vs unexplained pay gap analysis
• Turn your results into pay gap narratives you can share internally
• Check your EU pay transparency readiness country by country, with answers localised to each country
• Generate pay information letters for employee requests under Article 7
