Brain Builder: Build Your Own AI 2nd Brain

Tuesday, November 3 @ 5:30 - 8:00PM
- 2.5 hours, including a short break.
- Platform Innovation Centre (Classroom 2)

What if your AI could do more than answer questions? What if it could remember your work, connect your tools, manage your projects, and help you stay one step ahead?

Welcome to Brain Builder, a hands-on workshop where you'll go beyond traditional AI chatbots and learn how to build your own personalized AI second brain.

Claude Brain
Build Maestro, a modular AI brain framework powered by Claude Code. You'll discover how to create an intelligent assistant that connects the information, applications, and workflows you use every day.

ClarityMode
Building your own brain is a great way to learn, and it’s not the only path. We’ll also explore ClarityMode, a ready-to-use AI second brain that works with the agent you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude.

It connects to the apps you already live in, like Notion, Jira, and Canva, so your projects, tickets, and designs all feed one clear picture. Just bring your scattered thoughts and conversations, and it takes you from overwhelm to in control, with clear priorities and next actions. No setup, no learning curve.

What You'll Learn

In this interactive three-hour workshop, we'll explore:

  • The Future of AI Brains: Understand the difference between traditional chatbots, second brains, and autonomous AI agents, including reactive versus proactive AI.

  • The Five Pillars of an AI Brain: Explore the interaction layer, reasoning engine, integrations, knowledge sources, and persistent memory that make intelligent AI systems possible.

  • Real-World Use Cases: Discover how Product Managers, Designers, and Developers can use AI to streamline their daily responsibilities.

  • Build Your Own Brain: Download and configure Maestro, then customize its skills, memory, and capabilities to suit your professional needs.

  • Connect Your Favourite Tools: Learn how MCP connects AI to applications like Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, Figma, GitHub, and more.

You'll leave with a foundational AI second brain that you can continue customizing, a practical understanding of AI agents and MCP connections, and the knowledge to build intelligent workflows that support your personal and professional productivity.

More importantly, you'll understand how to move beyond simply prompting AI and start building a system that works alongside you.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Founders, and tech professionals who want to take their AI skills to the next level.

Experience Level: Intermediate. Familiarity with AI tools is recommended, but advanced programming experience isn't required.

What to Bring: A laptop. Participants will receive pre-workshop setup instructions, including software requirements, to help them get started.
