We are so excited to bring YJMT to Connecticut!
Join us for a relaxed, low-pressure afternoon in New Milford to connect with other people living with Type 1 diabetes in the area.
This is a casual event designed for conversation, community, and meeting new faces in a comfortable, welcoming space.
Just come as you are, spend time with people who get it, and hopefully leave feeling a little more connected.
