As Director of Engineering – AI at Sprout Social, Deepsha leads cross-functional teams that integrate machine learning and LLMs into core product experiences. She’s especially passionate about making AI useful, accessible, and responsibly applied—believing that the most impactful AI is not just technically advanced, but human-aware and business-aligned.
