Deepsha Menghani is a passionate AI leader with over a decade of experience translating data and machine learning into meaningful business impact—from predictive modeling and customer analytics to large language model applications. Her career spans hands-on data science, applied AI, and strategic leadership across global tech organizations. As Director of Engineering – AI at Sprout Social, Deepsha leads cross-functional teams that integrate machine learning and LLMs into core product experiences. She’s especially passionate about making AI useful, accessible, and responsibly applied—believing that the most impactful AI is not just technically advanced, but human-aware and business-aligned.


+Aziz is a marketing strategy and social media expert with experience scaling brands in B2B, B2C, SaaS, and SMB environments. Since 2016, he's been implementing successful paid, organic, digital, and traditional marketing tactics to grow brands.
