​Focused on the realities of scaling from freelance work into structured entrepreneurship, the event explores topics such as business positioning, sales systems, growth strategies, delegation, operational structure, and the mindset shifts required to build sustainable businesses rather than self-employed careers.

​Rather than motivational theory or generic productivity advice, the discussion is designed around practical insights, real experiences, and actionable lessons from professionals who have already made this transition successfully.

​The session will feature Katalin Orosz, a growth strategist and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and international companies including Nestlé, Eli Lilly and Company, MOL Group, and AutoNet on commercial growth, business acceleration, positioning, and marketing strategy.

​Known for her direct and highly applicable approach to Growth Hacking, Katalin focuses on what actually creates traction: better sales systems, rapid testing, scalable processes, and businesses that do not rely entirely on the founder’s daily involvement.

​She is also co-founder of Highflyers, a program developed together with Romanian Business Leaders, through which he has worked with more than 70 Romanian entrepreneurs and freelancers navigating growth and transition stages.
