What does the future of work actually look like - and what skills does it take to thrive in it?

This session hosted by CCAC's Industrial Technology and Trades program takes you inside one of Pittsburgh's most dynamic robotics and advanced manufacturing programs for an introductory discussion on the impact of automation and AI in the new collar economy. Topics include robotics, smart sensors, and the emerging Industry 4.0 landscape - brought to life through interactive demonstrations built by CCAC students.

Walk away with a clearer picture of where technology is taking the workforce, and what pathways exist to get you there.

This session is part of EXPlore Upskill Day at Nova Place -- a full day of career pathway workshops, employer activations, and workforce programming taking place just steps away. Attendees are welcome to continue the day's programming at Nova Place starting at 12:00 PM.
