Description:
The workshop explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the nature of risk and responsibility across industries, and how identifying emerging liability gaps can open new opportunities for the insurance sector.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how risks emerge, propagate, and become insurable. This interactive workshop explores how AI introduces new forms of liability across sectors, from decision systems to physical assets and operational processes.

Participants will work in small groups to map AI use cases, identify emerging risks, and highlight potential liability gaps. The session will conclude with a panel discussion connecting the insights from the workshop to broader strategic questions for the insurance industry—showing how the identification of new risks can translate into new insurance opportunities.
