Olivia Alstermark: Senior Data & AI Consultant at imeto, working with modern data platforms, analytics, and cloud. She helps organizations move from reporting to driving business outcomes through semantic layers, leveraging AI-supported development across the entire data stack to enable faster insights and more scalable analytics.
Rachel Ryan: Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, she works with teams navigating one of the hardest decisions in the modern data stack: how to structure their transformation layer and why it matters. Having spent time on the customer side herself, she brings a practitioner's lens and a preference for working through the detail rather than around it.
Poonam Agate: Poonam brings firsthand customer experience to her role as a Lead Solutions Architect at Fivetran, having previously built data pipelines and transformation strategies using the platform. With 9+ years in data analytics and BI, she helps organisations design scalable data foundations that support long-term growth.
