About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 5: Putting It Together (Full-Body) Combine everything you’ve learned so far into full-body sessions. Practice sequencing your lifts, managing fatigue, and linking movements together. This week helps you build the confidence to structure your own workouts and feel strong from head to toe.
