​Brderless Buildathon: AI Agents - NYC

​Most hackathons end at the demo. We built this differently.

​The Brderless Buildathon is a two-part format: a curated 24-hour build in New York, then two weeks to keep shipping, then a Demo Day where the selected winning teams show a real product.

​Part 1 - The Buildathon (October 4)

​100 vetted builders. One theme: AI agents that do real work - planning, tool use, multi-step execution, human-in-the-loop. Not chatbots.

​The day:

• ​10:00am: Doors open, breakfast

• ​11:00am: Keynote from speakers & team formation

• ​12:00pm: Lunch & build

• ​3:00pm: Project check-ins

• ​4:00pm: Submissions close & final selections

• ​5:00pm: Judging round one, awards, and selection of the teams advancing to Part 2

​Food and caffeine for the full 24. Top teams advance to part 2.

​Part 2 - Demo Day (October 8)

​Selected teams get two weeks and mentor support + credits to turn the weekend into a product. Then they demo live to a curated room of investors, operators, and sponsors - 7-min demo, 5-min Q&A.

​Who should apply?

​Engineers, technical founders, AI/agents engineers, and product people who ship. Solo, with a team, or matched with one - all fine. If you come as a pair or group, please make sure that everyone registers.
