GAO Onboarding + New Faces, New Notion, Set in Motion.

​“New Faces, New Notion: Set in Motion” is an onboarding and turnover event organized by the Graphic Artist Organization (GAO) in collaboration with Notion. The session aims to welcome new officers and members while introducing Notion as our primary workspace for collaboration, project management, and creative organization.

Through interactive demonstrations and guided setup activities, participants will learn how to use Notion for team coordination, documentation, and workflow systems. The event also symbolizes a fresh start for GAO’s leadership, setting the tone for a more structured and innovative term ahead.

This activity combines both practical learning and community building—empowering members to set their creative motion in Notion.
