This is a quiet, high-trust space to slow down and reflect through carefully designed prompts. Together, we’ll explore who you truly are beneath the roles you carry, what’s shifting in your inner and outer world, and what may be emerging in your next chapter—alongside peers who genuinely understand the journey.
The evening includes time for private writing and reflection, with optional sharing in a confidential, psychologically safe circle.
The salon is guided by Vanya-Sofia, an executive coach who has spent the past decade supporting founders, executives, and VC partners through the complexity of leadership and company-building. Her clients lead high-growth companies backed by top-tier firms including Lux, Founders Fund, Craft Ventures, General Catalyst, Harlem Capital, Activant, Goldman Sachs, and others.
