Human-Led, AI-Augmented: Designing Futures Where People & Intelligent Systems Flourish Together
Across every sector, people leaders are confronted with a pivotal question: How do we harness AI without losing the human essence that creates trust, meaning, and value?
Our focus this year is the frontier of Human-AI Co-Creation where Humans Lead, AI Augments:
How can teams leverage AI to equip, align and train teams without losing the human touch?
How do roles within HR, L&D and training need to evolve when AI agents can generate outputs in minutes that used to take months?
How do we prepare leaders, teams, and organizations for to redefine how we work for better outcomes?
We believe the answer lies in designing human-first systems of learning, governance, and workforce transformation, systems where AI accelerates adoption, capability, and insight, while humans provide judgment, design, ethics, and purpose.
At ATD26, we are engaging CEOs, L&D, Trainers, Instructional Designers, and Enablement Leads to explore:
Future Workforce & Capability: Accelerating readiness for AI-augmented roles at scale
Humanizing Technology: Embedding behavioral science, empathy, and values into digital transformation
Leadership & Trust in the AI Age: Helping teams make the transition to a human-AI agentic way of working while protecting data, safety and ownership.
Note: This is a seated dinner and will take place at a venue within a 15 minute taxi ride from the LA Convention Center in Korea town. Hope you like korean food :)
