Twerk 101
In this class we will go over basic twerk/funk techniques as well as, discuss where twerk came from and the benefits of moving those hips.
Expect to shake some booty, play, and learn new ways to move your body. This is a safe container to express move and play.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows full range of movement and allows the booty to jiggle.
On registration please send in a song you love to dance to! I cant wait to move with you!
