Senegal–London Strategic Investment & Energy Forum

Convened during London Energy Week, the Senegal–London Strategic Investment & Energy Forum is a high-level, invitation-only platform bringing together senior policymakers, national champions, and global energy leaders to advance Senegal’s next phase of economic transformation.

This forum goes far beyond energy. It is a strategic dialogue focused on sovereign priorities, large-scale infrastructure, gas monetisation, energy transition, local content development, and investment facilitation, with a clear objective: move from vision to execution.

Participants will engage directly with the architects and operators shaping Senegal’s energy and investment landscape, including:

  • Bakary Sega Bathily, CEO, APIX SA & Member of the Invest in Senegal Board, the central authority driving major investment projects and reforms

  • Mr. Pape Momar Lo, Managing Director, RGS SA (Réseau Gazier du Sénégal), leading the country’s national gas infrastructure strategy

  • Mr. Alioune Gueye, Managing Director, PETROSEN Holding, steering Senegal’s national oil and gas portfolio

  • Dr. Khadim Bamba Diagne, Permanent Secretary, COS-PETROGAZ, coordinating the State’s upstream oil and gas policy and governance

  • Clive Jones, Woodside Energy, representing one of the key international operators in Senegal’s offshore gas development

  • H.E. General Cheikh Wade, Ambassador of Senegal to the United Kingdom, reinforcing the strategic importance of UK–Senegal partnerships

Through focused panels and closed-door discussions, the forum will address:

  • Senegal’s gas-to-power and industrialisation roadmap

  • Regulatory reform, project bankability, and investor confidence

  • Public–private partnerships and blended finance

  • Local content, skills transfer, and long-term value creation

  • Senegal’s positioning as a regional energy and investment hub in West Africa

Designed for senior decision-makers, investors, DFIs, law firms, and strategic partners, this forum offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with Senegal’s leadership and global operators shaping projects of national and regional significance.

This is not a conference.
It is a strategic convening for those shaping outcomes.ergy Week 2026 is where you need to be.
