Kishan leads MSCI's Sustainability & Climate Fund Research within the Investment Solutions team, driving data-led analysis, thought leadership, and strategic product development with a focus on the energy transition. Prior to MSCI, he grew AUM to over £1bn at London Wall Partners as an Investment Committee member overseeing asset allocation across public and private markets. He also brings structuring and investment research experience from UBS across the Investment Bank and Chief Investment Office. CFA charterholder, Economics graduate of UCL.
Secil has over two decades of investment banking experience across ING Bank, UniCredit, and Bayerische HypoVereinsbank. Since joining the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in 2019, she has led investment banking, project evaluation, and sustainability divisions. She serves as Chairperson of Development Asset Leasing Companies, Board Member of Turkish Investment Initiative Portfolio Management, Vice Chairperson of the Impact Investing Advisory Board, and Board Member of BCSD Turkey.
