Digital Health Growth Lab Information Session: Reimagining Patient Observation

​Hospitals everywhere face the same challenge. They need to keep patients safe, protect staff, and manage costs while maintaining dignity and quality of care. Many still rely on human sitters for continuous bedside observation. This approach is expensive, places pressure on staff, and does not always prevent incidents such as falls, wandering, or aggression.

The Digital Health Growth Lab will reimagine how patient observation can be done. Over twelve weeks, Fusion Growth Labs will bring together innovators, researchers, corporates, and health professionals to work with a live hospital.

 Participants will learn directly from clinicians and operators to understand the problem and define what the next generation of patient observation could look like.

Join Fusion Growth Labs Entrepreneur in Residence Yazz Krishna for an interactive session that will explain how the program works, what participants can expect, and how collaboration across technology, data, and design can improve patient and staff safety while maintaining privacy and trust.

The session will conclude with a live Q and A with Yazz and the Fusion team, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions about the Lab, the hospital partnership, and how to get involved.
