About Event

We're hosting a Fall kickoff in New York for founders looking to sharpen their hypothesis, build experiments, and establish an operating cadence that accelerates product-market fit.

This is an in-person entry point for builders ready to build proof into a high-fidelity operating cadence, designed for venture-scale founders — already in motion — to move quickly from initial conviction to repeatable proof. Founders in attendance will be invited to Signal Showcase during SF TechWeek.

Session: This session refactors founder mindset — from building off an idea or a big perceived market, to a falsifiable hypothesis tested against real demand pull. Builders sharpen their unique value proposition and validate the outcome it produces: a specific, measurable shift in behavior. Founders who are further along will focus on roadmapping and milestone execution.

System Integration: Founder Labs — the recurring cadence run through FounderOS, where weekly build days, check-ins, and structured experiments compound into signal for venture partners over time.

Sessions led by:

Darius Fong has built two venture-backed startups and is the Managing Partner of Run Tech Club, where he architects the proof engine — to help early-stage builders across consumer, AI-native, and frontier technologies turn vision and intuition into structured decisions and forward motion. Previously, he was a Grammy-winning producer-engineer, served as Strategy Director at award-winning agency EAT, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and category-defining startups including Twitch, Netflix, Red Bull, and Riot Games.

Patricia Paiva is a systems operator (Kaizen) and founder of Growin Lab, where she helps early-stage companies turn intuition into execution through resilient operating models and GTM systems. She has led transformation and growth initiatives across startups and global organizations, partnering closely with founders and executive teams navigating scale, pressure, and ambiguity.

About Run Tech Club

Run Tech Club is the operating platform for early-stage founders who prioritize clarity over noise. We replace startup theater with a recurring system of build intervals and critical roadmapping—designed to close the gap between initial conviction and market proof.

By turning weekly execution into verifiable signal, RTC helps founders compress decision cycles and build measurable momentum, culminating in a quarterly Signal showcase where that momentum becomes venture-grade visibility.
