​Economist Chad Jones models the economy as a chain of tasks. Automate 17 of 20 links perfectly, and the chain's strength still comes down to the 3 that need a person. Rather than debating the 17, we'll spend the evening on the 3.

​As founders and engineers building with AI every day, many of us have had to rethink where the real work actually is. This private salon is a chance to hear from others who are building, shipping, and shaping the space right now.

​Lay of the evening:

• ​Five-person pods, drawn from 25 curated participants. Everyone meets five others by the end of the night.

• ​Pods dig into AI workflow prompts, then three sharper questions: what you believe now that you didn't a year ago, what's made you 10x more productive, what scares you.

• ​Insights get shared back with the full room.

• ​Break. Conversations.

• ​Open challenge clinic: bring a problem you're stuck on, the room works it out with you.

• ​Opt-in WhatsApp group for anyone who wants to keep the conversation going.
