"Using AI Agent to Grow Your Biz" Workshop
A 5-hour hands-on workshop on building AI agent systems that actually run your business, not just generate content.
In this small, limited-capacity working session, you won’t just learn about agents — you’ll design, build, and deploy them against your real workflows. We’ll audit your operations, identify where time and decisions get stuck, and turn those recurring tasks into autonomous systems.
Because the group is intentionally small, you’ll get direct feedback on your specific processes, live troubleshooting as you connect real data sources, and hands-on guidance as you move from a single agent to a working multi-agent system.
Stop prompting. Start orchestrating.
Most AI workshops teach you to write better prompts or generate social posts. This one is different.
You'll build AI agent systems that monitor your operations, surface problems before they cost you, and automate the work that's eating your week without writing code.
Bring a real business. Leave with a working system.
Led by a YC-Backed Founder
This session is run by Jason Zhang, a second-time founder backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and Sequoia. He’s built and shipped real AI products, not just experimented with tools.
What You'll Build
1. Operations that run without you checking.
Agents that pull your key data, flag what's off, and tell you why before month-end.
2. Process audits that find the leaks.
Map your workflows, identify where things stall, and automate the low-judgment tasks dragging your team down.
3. Decision support, not just dashboards.
An agent that synthesizes your sales data, customer feedback, and market signals into a weekly brief with recommended actions.
4. Internal knowledge that scales.
A system your team can query instead of pinging you for every answer, SOP, or onboarding question.
5. Opportunity and risk surfacing.
Agents that scan competitors, customer conversations, and industry shifts so you're proactive instead of reactive.
The Agenda
10:00–10:30 — Why Agents, Not Prompts The difference between asking AI for help and giving it a job. Live demo of a working agent system so you see the end state first.
10:30–11:15 — Audit Your Operations Map your own workflows. Identify where things stall, leak time, or depend entirely on you. This is where your business meets the material.
11:15–12:15 — Build Your First Agent Hands-on. Everyone builds one agent tied to a real workflow they identified. Not hypothetical.
12:15–1:00 — Lunch + Open Build Time Eat, keep tinkering, ask questions, share what's working. A complimentary lunch is included as part of your ticket.
1:00–2:00 — Multi-Agent Systems Add more agents for different roles. Layer in monitoring and reporting. Move from one task to an ongoing system.
2:00–2:45 — Deploy and Stress-Test Run it with real data, find the gaps, refine. Leave with something that actually works — not a demo that falls apart Monday.
2:45–3:00 — What to Do Next Week Concrete next steps so the system doesn't die in 48 hours.
What to Bring
A laptop and charger
A free Tensol account (create this before you arrive)
Your key business data accessible in one place (Google Drive folder, Notion workspace — just not scattered across 15 places)
A list of your core recurring workflows (onboarding, fulfillment, reporting, support even rough notes count)
By the end of five hours, you'll have live AI employees monitoring, surfacing, and automating the work that used to eat your week.
FAQ
Do I need to know how to code? Not at all. This workshop is designed for founders, operators, and creators who want to use AI without touching a terminal.
What exactly is an "AI Agent" compared to ChatGPT? ChatGPT is a chatbot, you talk to it, it talks back. An AI agent is a worker. You give it a goal, a role, and a set of tools, and it executes autonomously. In this workshop, we move from chatting to building a team of agents that handle real operational tasks.
What should I have ready before I arrive? A free Tensol account, your business data in one accessible place, and a rough list of your recurring workflows. That's it.
Will I actually leave with something working? That's the goal. This isn't a lecture. By the end of the session, you'll have AI employees deployed and connected to your actual tools and workflows.
What kind of businesses is this for? Any business with recurring operations, agencies, e-commerce, SaaS, creator businesses, consulting. If you have workflows that repeat weekly, there's something here for you.
