Hardware Guild: Spend a day with Kiran J.!
Hallo humans of hardware,
We're getting a chance to visit Kiran's Lab! Kiran runs HasGeek.
He got his first job at CHIP magazine without finishing school. Built India's first GPS map of Bangalore at 18. Wrote the definitive Linux guide that got thousands of Indians into open source - man's a walking, talking compendium of technology if various eras!
As as aside, he helped save net neutrality in India by organizing 1.2 million people against Facebook's digital colonialism - absolute madlad and we love him for it.
He's now building CloudCube: an open-source modular server rack system. 256mm (2⁸) Cube.
