Reframing, Recharging, and Reclaiming Your Energy
When every headline screams layoffs, when job postings feel scarce, every rejection feels personal, and every scroll reminds you of uncertainty, it’s easy to slip into a narrative where everything feels negative and the sky is falling. And when the stress of motherhood meets the stress of job searching, it can feel relentless.
This workshop offers a pause. Together, we’ll slow down the noise, interrupt the stress loop, and begin shifting the story from “Everything is falling apart” to “I’m finding my momentum again.”
Who is this workshop for?
• Mothers navigating a job search
• Mothers feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted
• Mothers who want to reset their mindset and reclaim even a small sense of control and grounding
