​二十年來,數字決定了江忞懿(Yvette Kong)的價值。她曾代表香港出戰2016年奧運會游泳項目,後來在麻省理工學院任教,此後的歲月裡,她一直在問: 關於自己，有什麼是任何時鐘都未曾捕捉到的真實。

​《量外有人》，正是她為了回答這個問題而寫下的書——一部關於心理韌性、身份,以及在 AI 時代何以為人的回憶錄。

​當 AI 重塑著工作、學習與創造力，一個問題變得越來越難迴避:當我們的大部分都能被量化、評分,甚至自動化,是什麼讓我們依然保持韌性、連結,以及完整地活著?

​For twenty years, a stopwatch decided what Yvette Kong was worth. She swam for Hong Kong at the 2016 Olympic Games, later lectured at MIT, and has spent the years since asking what was true about her that no clock ever caught.

​《量外有人 · The Unmeasured Human》 is the book she wrote to answer that — a memoir of mental resilience, identity, and being human in the age of AI.

​As AI reshapes work, learning, and creativity, the question gets harder to avoid: what helps us stay resilient, connected, and fully alive, when so much of us can now be measured, scored, or automated?
