A Changing World Order: Private Equity Opportunities Beyond the US
Join us for a timely and candid conversation between William Vettorato, Managing Director, Head of Fund Strategy, EQT Group, and guest host, Chad Larson, Partner & Senior Portfolio Manager, MLD Wealth Management, as they unpack the evolving opportunity in European and Asian private equity markets.
The conversation will be introduced by Obsiido's Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer, Sean O'Hara.
As the global order shifts — marked by geopolitical realignment, changing trade dynamics, and divergent economic trajectories — investors are reevaluating where and how to deploy capital in private markets. While U.S. private equity has long been the center of gravity, structural and secular forces are driving interest across the Atlantic and into Asia.
This 1:1 fireside discussion will explore:
The macro and geopolitical trends shaping private equity in Europe and Asia
How value creation strategies differ from U.S. markets
Entry valuations, deal flow dynamics, and the role of operational transformation
What allocators need to consider in diversifying private equity exposures globally
Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of global PE trends or reposition portfolios for the next decade, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.
