Art Gallery Yoga

​Join us for a complete yoga practice (asana, savasana, meditation) surrounded by art by Bay Area Artists.

​Our art gallery hosts, Drawbridge, have been offering free expressive arts programs for children and youth in under-resourced communities across the Bay for nearly 40 years. Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, their programs foster creativity, resilience, and a sense of personal agency.

​The space where we practice is an environment curated by Drawbridge's executive director, Evelisa, and is an artistic container meant to ground tech, corporate, and community partners alike in supporting and serving the most vulnerable and visionary of the Bay Are - children and artists.

​We have props, and some mats, but bring your own mat if you can! There is also a bathroom and changing rooms.

​This is a donation based offering, with 30% going to support Drawbridge's programs. We suggest $10-30. We can accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash, at the event.
