Leading with data means going beyond gut feelings and using metrics to drive clarity, consistency, and growth. This session will explore how to identify the right data to track, how to translate it into meaningful coaching, and how to personalize feedback so that each rep feels seen and supported.
We’ll also cover how to empower reps to become self-sufficient with their own data, turning numbers into actionable insights they can own. While data isn’t the only tool in a leader’s arsenal, learning to balance human intuition with data-driven decisions is key to building high-performing, motivated teams.
