About Event

What does it mean to live — and care — well as we age?

Join us for a community evening exploring brain health, respite, and innovation.

Brianna Stubbs, PhD, Head of Clinical Research at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, will share the latest science on brain health and healthy aging, including what research tells us about supporting cognitive health as we age.

Ariana Myers, Director of 3 Cheers Respite, will discuss the importance of respite and meaningful connection and introduce 3 Cheers Respite, a new community-based adult day program preparing to open in Mill Valley.

We'll also hear from Shelter Devices and meet Louie, its friendly AI care companion. Following a brief demonstration, guests can experience Shelter Radio and interact with Louie firsthand. Those interested can also learn about an opportunity to participate in a Shelter Radio pilot.

After the presentations, join us in the newly refurbished Fellowship Hall for refreshments, conversation, and a tour of the future home of 3 Cheers Respite.

Interested in volunteering? Come meet the 3 Cheers team and learn how you can get involved.

Free and open to the community. Refreshments will be served.
