A lawyer by training, his coaching draws from decades of executive experience at the intersection of government, policy and politics—as director of public affairs and an agency deputy director at the Justice Department, running two nonprofits and chairing the boards of two others, and serving on presidential campaigns, on Capitol Hill, and at a think tank.
