Last Days of Night by Graham Moore

We're finishing the year with some fantastic historical fiction. Graham Moore's “The Last Days of Night” is inspired by Edison's efforts to drive Westinghouse out of business. Tesla's groundbreaking work on alternating current makes an appearance of course.

This is the race where we struggle to imagine the outcome if things had gone differently. Read the book and see all the near misses our electricity system of today had along the way.

I've started using Welib.org to find books but I listened to this one via a library audiobook. If you're running late on the reading - here's a review.
