Climate Community Dinner | 5 November, 2026 ✨
Join us for an intimate Climate Community Dinner in Lisbon at O Gambuzino, one of our favourite plant-based restaurants, known for its creative cuisine, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful approach to food. 🥕👩🌾
Recognised with a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award in 2023 and the Garfo Superior distinction at Lisboa à Prova 2025, O Gambuzino is beloved for its inventive combinations and fermentation-forward tasting menu.
We'll gather around a shared long table to enjoy a delicious selection of their signature dishes and meet wonderful people who care about climate, social impact and building a better future.
For this dinner, we'll explore together: what would it take to make sustainable living the most desirable, accessible and joyful choice?
From the food we eat to the products we buy and the communities we build, how can we move beyond asking people to make sacrifices and instead create a world where more sustainable ways of living are simply better, more exciting and easier to embrace?
Hosted by Ethical Assembly, this dinner is part of a series of small, intentional gatherings designed to bring together people actively working on, or deeply curious about, climate and social impact.
What to expect:
💡 Come ready to introduce yourself and briefly share a project, idea or initiative connected to the evening’s discussion theme that inspires you.
🌱 Welcoming awesome humans from all walks of life: researchers, activists, founders, investors, journalists, curious citizens, artists and everything in between.
🌍 A shared conversation around climate change, adaptation and migration: how climate change is reshaping where people live, move and build their futures, and what a fair response could look like.
❤️ In a world that can feel fragmented and overwhelming, be generous, considerate and collaborative. We kindly ask that you keep this space honest and free of self-promotion, marketing pitches, grand statements or name-dropping.
