BRIDGING GENERATIONAL GAPS: COMMUNICATING ACROSS FOUR GENERATIONS IN BIOTECH
With four generations now sharing the workplace - from Baby Boomers to Gen Z - the opportunities and challenges in communication, collaboration, and leadership have never been greater. This interactive session explores the art and science of navigating generational dynamics in biopharma organizations, where the pace of innovation meets diverse expectations about work, feedback, and culture.
Led by author and consultant Erin-Kate Whitcomb (Working Courage), in conversation with Carolyn Noyes of the Ticket to Biotech Culture Connect Roundtable, this session will unpack how generational perspectives shape communication styles, decision-making, and employee engagement.
