AI for HR: How to Start Without Risking Anything

​🚀 AI is already becoming part of everyday work - and HR is no exception. But before using it for tasks like reviews, surveys, hiring, or internal communication, one important question comes first: how do we use it safely?

​This hands-on workshop is for HR, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, People Ops, and L&D professionals who want to start using AI in their work in a practical and secure way.

​We’ll begin with data security: which tools are safe to use, what kind of information should never be shared with AI, and how to anonymize sensitive data before writing prompts.

​Then we’ll move to practice.

​Together, we’ll explore where AI can actually help in HR tasks, break down the structure of an effective prompt, and work through real examples such as performance review templates, survey analysis, and role-specific HR scenarios.

​In the practical part, participants will work in groups, build and refine prompts for real HR situations, and then create one prompt based on their own work task - something they can take home and use the very next day.
