About Event

Many UAPs are proof of concept for a new class of energy and propulsion technologies.

On May 8th, 2026, the U.S. Department of War's new PURSUE archive declassified 161 UAP files documenting exactly the performance characteristics the propulsion question turns on: 90° turns at speed, cold-IR objects emitting no heat, a craft visible only on short-wave infrared, sustained 500-knot sea-skim, and an orb that outran a helicopter for 20 miles.

The flight characteristics now documented across decades of multi-sensor military encounters, sworn Congressional testimony, and the unclassified record of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — instantaneous acceleration, hypersonic travel without sonic signatures, sustained transmedium flight — cannot be reconciled with known aerospace engineering. In the circles of power in the United States, their reality is accepted.

The open question is no longer whether, but how: how the institutional secrecy surrounding the phenomenon moves into the public sphere through deep-tech, and what can be learned from the observations already in hand. Across American venture capital, academia, politics, and major media, serious people are engaging in earnest. This session lays out the evidence, maps the engagement, and asks what it means for European deep-tech.

Presented by:

Georg Boch

Founder, AI × NHI Convergence Initiative, State of the World Forum,

Convened first European UAP/NHI disclosure summit. Built cross-disciplinary network connecting physicists, AI researchers, policy experts, and experiencers. Frames the summit’s central thesis: NHI evidence and AI capability are one convergence, not two topics.

Georg Boch is passionate about advancing NHI readiness for leaders in an era of accelerating AI capabilities, UAP disclosure, and rapid institutional change. With a background in communication, education, and enterprise AI applications, he works at the intersection of strategy and technology—building cross-Atlantic platforms and connecting UAP-forward networks across the tech ecosystem. In 2025, he founded and convened the first virtual European UAP/NHI Disclosure Summit. Georg speaks on UAP disclosure across Europe, including as a guest lecturer at Bauhaus University, and at conferences worldwide.
