A one-of-a-kind experience for girls aged 7–12 to dream big, work together, and take their first bold steps into the world of business.
At We Can Be, we believe every girl has the power to be a changemaker. That’s why this hands-on experience is all about more than just business basics, it’s about discovering your voice, finding your tribe, and proving to yourself that you're capable of incredible things.
What Girls Will Gain:

Real-life entrepreneurial experience: From concept to creation, girls will learn what it really takes to bring a business to life.
New friendships: Working in small teams, there'll also be plenty of time for play during the day!

What the Day Looks Like:
From ideation, to validation, sales, marketing and finance. We'll cover all the basics but bring it to life with their own ideas!
Together with experts, they'll learn what it takes to go-to-market, from building websites, to writing press releases and even coming up with a mini sales plan to find their first 10 paying customers!
Explore the fun side of money, learn how businesses make it work, and get curious about what it takes to go from idea to reality.
Hear from multiple female founders throughout the day about their businesses, lessons learnt and best bits.
Finally, end the day presenting their ideas to an audience of proud parents.
With games, mini-challenges, and loads of encouragement, every part of the day is designed to be fun and empowering.
