Floriografia: Project/Product Launch and Party
Perhacs Studio invites you to the opening party and project / product launch for FLORIOGRAFIA! We will be opening up our studio Saturday October 24th from 4 - 8pm! It's the official launch of our new creative floral endeavor, FLORIOGRAFIA, the word is literally translated as the “language of flowers”, and has been used for thousands of years as a means of cryptological communication through the use or arrangement of flora. FLORIOGRAFIA’s initial product launch will include two new ingenious modern vases: Adattamento Floreale ("floral adaptation" in english), a magnetic table top vase incorporating rare earth magnets and stainless steel balls to allow for varied floral designs, and Fiore da Muro ("wallflower" in english), an elegant modern wall vase, mounted to the wall via magnetic bracket. Both will be available for retail and wholesale pre order with delivery in plenty of time for the holidays / the holiday shopping season.
Perhacs Studio will be showcasing, as well, an array of contemporary lighting fixtures, sculpture, and many other intriguing design objects designed by Brandon Perhacs, much of which will be available for purchase.
We will also be exhibiting:
Katherine Michaels' captivating paper vessels and new wall sculptures, as well as some stone and bronze work from her earlier years.
And stone sculptor Enrique Barajas Becerra's exquisite and alluring stone sculpture, tables, and functional objects.
Plus mouthwatering Neapolitan style pizzas will be available to order, hot out of the pizza oven, from "eat shit and PIE!"
Located in the Lacy Studio Lofts complex in Lincoln Heights. Entrance will be our studio door on Lacy street.
