Helpless to Hopeful

​As part of the Solarpunkification festival from March 6-8th, we get to design our future.

Our brains are designed to feel discouraged and hopeless in the face of repeated assault. But that isn't the whole story. Resilience can be taught and learned. Understanding what is happening is the first step towards building the tools for hope, action, and movement-making.

This talk will be interactive and conversational, moving away from a podium-style patriarchal frame to one of community, collaboration, and nurture.
