Saturday Morning AI: Idea Labs
PS/NExT opened the conversation. AICV is continuing the work.
If PS/NExT left you inspired and wondering what AI actually means for your business, creative work, nonprofit, classroom, or next idea, this is the hands-on room.
Saturday Morning AI: Idea Labs is a monthly AICV workshop series where entrepreneurs, students, small business owners, creators, and curious builders bring real ideas and explore what they could become with AI.
July Theme: AI Avatars for Business, Storytelling & Local Visibility — with HeyGen.
In this hands-on lab, we’ll explore how AI avatars can be used for business communication, storytelling, training, marketing, education, and local visibility using the HeyGen platform.
Bring an idea, project, business, or message you want to bring to life. We’ll slow it down, open the laptop, and work through what’s possible — responsibly, creatively, and in plain English.
The keynote is over. Now the work begins.
Saturday, July 18 · 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
How the session works:
General Admission — Your seat in the room. Watch real ideas get worked through live, ask questions, contribute, and learn by seeing how AI avatar concepts move from idea to practical use.
Premium Featured Idea — Bring your own AI avatar idea and have it worked through live with the room and our guest, from strategy to first build. You’ll leave with a one-page takeaway to keep. Limited slots available.
The live ideas are the lesson, and the whole room is part of working them through.
We know you’re trading a Saturday morning, so we’ll make it worth your while with a tasty lunch.
This event is part of Saturday Morning AI: Idea Labs, a monthly series from AI Coachella Valley (AICV) and the CSUSB Entrepreneurial Resource Center — six workshops from July through December, plus two pop-up sessions.
Season passes are available. The General Admission Pass and Premium Pass are the only tickets that include both pop-up events.
This is a public, collaborative learning session. Please don't share confidential or sensitive information; the goal is education and direction, not private consulting.
