About Event
Join us for an afternoon of movement and art making!
As we enter the new season, we'll move a little, make something, and shake off the heat and the low-grade anxiety that built up over the summer. Come play, loosen up, and leave with new energy for what's ahead!
You don't need any art or dance experience to join.
We'll start right on time, so please come a little early.

3:45-4:00pm: Doors open
4:00-5:00pm: Movement + Art Making
5:00-5:15pm: Reflection
