Art as Therapy for Women Founders

Women founders are leading, creating, and building more than ever—yet often at the cost of their own wellbeing. The Unwind Studio is a guided art-as-therapy experience designed to help women founders release burnout and rediscover balance through creative expression.

In this workshop, you’ll use collage and mixed media to explore rest, reconnection, and creative renewal. You’ll leave with your own artwork—and a reminder that pausing is part of progress.
